Permanent contract – Fortaleza or Jucas BR
Reporting to the General Manager - CEO, and in functional link with the Human Resources Director in Magnesia, you will be responsible for managing the HR department.
Your main missions will be:
Supervise the smooth operation of personnel administration.
Create and supervise the recruitment plan and strategies.
Design and supervise the execution of the training and development plan.
Take a main role with compensation & budget reviews.
Manage the cycle of organizational climate evaluation.
Standardize the succession plan and talent review.
Create and ensure the reporting of KPI to the General Manager and HRD.
Manage the meetings with the work Council and negotiate settlements.
Develop and maintain active relationships with educational and professional training institutions.
Profil attendu :
Profile required:
As a graduate or higher in Employment Law, Business Administration, or Human Resource Management, you have a minimum of 5 years of solid experience as a generalist HR Manager, specifically in an industrial company or factories. You have experience in structuring the area and in expansion projects and workforce planning. Focus on results, ability to influence, and good interpersonal skills complement the profile.
You have a perfect command of Portuguese and professional English. Spanish or French are a plus.
You are an excellent communicator, with a focus on results, ability to influence, and good interpersonal skills. Your reactiveness, rigor, and excellent listening capabilities will give you what it takes to excel in your role.
You can work as part of a team and possess a high level of self-motivation and initiative.
Visits to the factory and mine located in Jucas are to be expected.
