As a critical member of the talent acquisition team, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top IT talent to meet the company's growing technical and operational needs.Key Responsibilities:Talent Acquisition:Source, screen, and recruit IT professionals for various roles including software development, cloud computing, cybersecurity, data analytics, and more.Utilize job boards, social media, professional networks, and direct sourcing strategies to identify candidates.Candidate Management:Conduct detailed interviews to assess technical skills, cultural fit, and career aspirations.Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring a positive candidate experience.Stakeholder Collaboration:Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and create effective hiring strategies.Provide regular updates and insights on market trends and recruitment progress.Documentation and Compliance:Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and ensure compliance with local labor laws.Ensure confidentiality and integrity throughout the hiring process.Process Optimization:Continuously improve recruitment processes and strategies to attract high-quality talent.Develop and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.Required Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Proven experience as an IT Technical Recruiter, preferably within a corporate or agency environment.Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and technical skillsets.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in Portuguese and English; Spanish is a plus.Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.Preferred Skills:Experience recruiting for both local and international IT roles.Knowledge of Brazilian labor laws and employment regulations.Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.What We Offer:Competitive salary and benefits package.A collaborative and innovative work environment.Opportunities for career development and growth
