Be responsible for activities related to the construction, building and commissioning on customer site and managing activities related to this scope.
As an Installation Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Developing an operational plan for the own department.
- Testing and validation of an equipment, facility, or plant in accordance with the design objectives or specifications for operational use.
- Conveying technical information both to clients and to colleagues out of other functions.
- Handling latitude in project techniques. Project process requires choosing right approaches. Employees should have technical know-how.
- Being a supportive role in knowledge management gathering data and storing them in a system.
- Customizing projects to client needs.

To be successful in this role you will:
- Have a Bachelor's degree.
- Have experience in Project Management
- Be fluent in English and have an Intermediate level in Spanish (if in Brazil) or Portuguese (if in Mexico).
- Have led initiatives of moderate scope and impact.
- Be able to coordinate several projects simultaneously with proven analytical and organizational ability.
- Show good oral and written communication skills. Interpersonal and leadership skills
- Show the ability to influence others and lead small teams.
