Position Summary
Support the local administrative demands and operational activities of the Brazil Commercial team.
**Responsibilities**:
- Conference, implementation and control of invoices in MLA system.
- Tracking and forwarding of ATV links.
- Support sales team and representatives with daily information.
- Assistance in updating and maintaining reports and daily controls.
What we are looking for
- Studying Bachelor's degree or equivalent required with an emphasis in Business Administration, Marketing or similar (completed or in progress).
- Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external teams
- Demonstrated competencies in influencing, collaborating and achieving. results in alignment with business objectives.
- Office suite (Excel formulas and reports and PPT presentations).
