What you will do:
As a member of the IT Desktop Engineering team at Caterpillar, you'll provide top-notch enterprise application support and manage platforms, including Windows, Mac, and Ubuntu.
What you will have – Skills:
Enterprise Application Support: Provide expert support for enterprise applications, ensuring they function seamlessly.
Platform Management: Support and maintain desktop environments on Windows, Mac, and Ubuntu.
Installation and Configuration: Install, configure, and upgrade hardware and software components.
Technical Support: Offer technical support and assistance to end-users.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
Advanced English proficiency.
Solid knowledge related to PC support.
Top Candidates will have:
Knowledge of Microsoft Azure.
Programming languages such as Python, Perl, PowerShell, and Batch.
Automation knowledge such as IoT, Power Apps, and Power Platform.
