**Job Duties**:
Monitor overall issue prioritization, progress tracking, and resolution process for incident tickets assigned
Support error resolution during integration and user acceptance testing by the functional team
Supporting testing of interfaces with legacy environment
Debug replicated error scenarios in lower environments and find solution gaps to support Incident resolution, problem resolution and small enhancements
Ensure integration of technical development objects
Follow CAT best practices and standards
Support Functional Testing, Joint Assembly Testing, Integration Testing & Post Go-Live validation and support
Ensure all documents mentioned in development checklist are maintained as required
Develop ABAP programs to support approved development
Developed ABAP/4 Reports utilizing ABAP OOPS in various modules of SAP
**Education**:IT Bachelor Degree
**Knowledge/Experience**:At least 3 years of experience in SAP ABAP
**Language**: Pre-Advanced English
**Behaviors**:Good communication skills; influence, flexibility
**Work shift**:13:00 to 22:00 pm
**Work model**: Hybrid
**Desirable Qualifications**:
Advanced English
Experience in SAP (ECC, EWM, WM, SCM, and MM).
Experience in implementing / customizing / maintaining a Global Core Solution.
Knowledge on SAP tools and components, e.g. iDocs.
Industry Knowledge of Supply Chain or Manufacturing business processes
