Job Overview:
The IT Support Administrator will be responsible for managing and supporting the organization's IT infrastructure, providing technical assistance to users, and ensuring the security and reliability of systems.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).Proven experience in an IT support or system administration role.Strong understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and other tech products.Familiarity with network configurations and troubleshooting.Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft Certified) are a plus.
