Java Software Engineer

Proficient in Core Java development, using built libraries and frameworks for business logic.
Fluent English and strong communication skills.
5+ years of experience; However the focus is on sharp and smart people with good relevant experience
Knowledge of messaging systems such as Kafka, and MQ.
Strong focus on self-managed unit testing, with further collaboration with the QA team for SIT and UAT.
Strong SQL skills. Database interaction using libraries/functions for Postgres.Looking for candidates with:
Stronger hands-on coding experience with core Java
More depth in data processing and performance optimization
Experience with high-throughput systems
Better examples of complex problem-solving rather than just project descriptionsFocus on:
Specific examples of technical problems solved (very important!)
Experience with large-scale data processing
Examples of performance optimization work
