What you'll do:
As Project Analyst you will help business processes to became fast, smart, and automatic. Using your analytical capability, you will also translate partner needs on right requirements to be internalized, finding what Viasat's teams are responsible to provide correct answer and connect them. Going deep on internal systems and available data, you will create ways to respond partners doubts related to systems, rules, reports, information provided. This capability is essential to help agreements management, creating views and KPIs automatic monitors, helping decision processes to be as fast as possible.
The day-to-day:
Support account management team on day-by-day processes, suggesting automation when it is possible.
- Provide smart reports to support an efficient agreement management.
- Deep dive on partner's support systems, becoming a specialist ready to help;
- Understand partners needs, translating it to internal teams, finding right and smart way to provide answers.
- Think ahead, out-of-the-box, suggesting solutions and ideas to improve processes.
- Handles confidential information and tasks with discretion and demonstrates diplomacy and excellent judgment in dealing with sensitive situations.
What you'll need:
- At least 2 years of experience;
- Able to articulately present and debate recommendations with colleagues.
- Ability to operate with a high degree of interpersonal flexibility and handle multiple projects simultaneously under pressure and meet goals/deadlines.
- Proficient in both English and Portuguese languages, spoken and written.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
- Desirable knowledge on SQL, analytics/BI tools, programming languages;
- Ability to work in teams and build good working relationships.
- A high degree of personal integrity and work ethic.
