If you like to work in a fast-paced environment full of challenges, this is the place for you!What you will be doing:Draft, review, and negotiate agreements and other legal documents to ensure they meet legal requirements and protect the company's interests.Manage and resolve legal disputes, including working with external counsel and overseeing litigation processes when necessary.Provide comprehensive legal advice to senior management and business units on a range of issues, including regulatory compliance, contract negotiation, corporate structures, and risk management.Monitor and interpret relevant laws and regulations, ensuring that the company remains compliant with industry standards and regulatory requirements.Be a business partner for all departments in the company, mostly commercial, finance, and operations, to support business objectives and resolve legal issues effectively.Requirements:Bachelor's Degree in Law.Advanced English skills.Proven experience drafting and negotiating agreements.4+ years of experience in a legal role, preferably within the payment institution or a related field.Be a team player.What we offer:A global environment with teammates living around the world.Opportunities in a fast-paced growing company.Flexible time.#J-18808-Ljbffr
