Job Responsibilities: 1.Listen complaints and locate issues quickly from local sellers, resolve issues and make accurate judgments via phone calls, instant chat, etc. Provide guidance and assistance to team members; 2.Providing services to sellers, can analyze their needs, locate business process problems and optimization points, put forward optimization suggestions and promote optimization and improvement. 3.Responsible for managing the customer service team, scheduling and assigning tasks according to workload, ensuring team members carry out their work, and achieving team goals. 4.Able to effectively communicate and provide feedback across different time zones and regions to ensure smooth internal communication within the team 5.Monitor key data, respond quickly to problematic metrics or unexpected situations, propose solutions and ensure their implementation, share methods and experiences with the team, and drive the team towards achieving goals 6.Conduct quality and efficiency management, analyze specific quality and efficiency issues of team members, and help track and improve them 7.Other tasks assigned by the senior leader. Qualifications: 1.Bachelor's degree or above.
