Our sales organization offers the unique culture of a startup feel with security of proven success.Partner with the bestBe responsible for increasing revenue through enterprise prospects and named existing accounts, enabling the accounts to become more successful, profitable, and secure online.As a Major Account Executive, you will be responsible for:Developing strategic sales and account plans and maximizing the territory opportunities through existing customer revenue growth.Developing and executing a sales plan, encompassing market development and partnerships, focusing on our Akamai Security Portfolio.Developing and working with Channels (Indirect Sales).Driving product development and Go to Market initiatives, establishing Akamai as a Cloud Computing leader.Recording customer development activities within our CRM to ensure forecast accuracy and planning.Managing and driving contract negotiations to guarantee customer satisfaction and adoption of Akamai technology.Do what you loveTo be successful in this role you will:Have 7 years of relevant sales experience and a Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or its equivalent.Have permanent residency in Sao Paulo or nearby cities for occasional office visits.Have experience in selling enterprise-class technology software, SaaS, cyber security, Cloud Computing, micro-segmentation, and internet-based technology solutions.Have experience selling into strategic accounts in Brazil (SP, RJ, MG, DF, NO, NE, etc).Have a proven track record in over-achieving quarterly and annual quotas.Have English proficiency.Work in a way that works for youFlexBase, Akamai's Global Flexible Working Program, is based on the principles that are helping us create the best workplace in the world.
