Main Responsibilities: Lead lessons according to the IB MYP and DP Mathematics, promoting critical thinking and problem solving skills. Participate in collaborative planning for IB MYP and DP Mathematics as well as interdisciplinary and core components of those curricula. Strive for the best pedagogical practice and be enthusiastic about professional development. Actively support students based on their individual needs and liaise with relevant professionals where necessary, including Pastoral and Personalised learning team. Engage with the school community through the delivery of culturally relevant and internationally minded mathematics education. Required Skills and Attributes Essential (E): Capability to teach Mathematics at the DP level in English. Strong foundation in mathematical concepts and pedagogy. Experience in a student-centered learning environment. A relevant degree in the subject and a recognized teaching qualification. A commitment to inquiry-based learning and alignment with the school's vision and mission. Passion for teaching and the development of students. Desirable (D): Experience teaching MYP and/or DP Mathematics at Higher Level. Experience working in a multidisciplinary team. Experience developing and documenting curriculum. Proficiency in integrating technology in mathematics instruction. Willingness to participate in and support the students in activities from the wider school community.
