Our mission focuses on advancing medical technologies to make healthcare more accessible.As a Sales Representative for Brazil - Brasilia, your main responsibilities will include:Forecasting and planning individual selling targets, executing, and driving results to meet set targets;Keeping follow-up with existing orders end-to-end to ensure the smoothness of order fulfillment;Managing and supporting distributors in the assigned region;Exploring new promising overseas markets and working to enhance Mindray product branding recognition in the local area as well as improve market coverage;Presenting Mindray products at professional fairs and exhibitions;Keeping management informed by submitting activity reports, work plans, and territory market analyses;Monitoring competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, and delivery schedules;Resolving customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, and making recommendations to the management team;Coordinating with the Service team to solve customer complaints;Providing feedback to the R&D team according to sales status for product optimization.Requirements:Experience with managing distributors, sales funnel, and preparing proposals;Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in engineering or equivalent, mechanical and electrical engineering, bio-medical, human science, or related disciplines;Minimum 3 years of working experience in international sales, with sales experience in the field of Medical Devices preferred;Excellent communication skills in English; working knowledge of French/Russian would be a plus;Excellent capability in business expansion and account management;Able to travel frequently.
