Development of seafreight export/import operations, enhancing operational capability. Managing the Operational Care Centre between cost-efficiency and high-quality processing. Responsibility is also given for business development in regards to carrier performance and management. The KN import/export services are to be improved to constantly develop the national seafreight business.Your ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and distribute the operational tasks into the team to ensure the operational excellence through high-quality shipment managementCooperate and support Seafreight Customer Care Location and Systems & Processes for optimized customer experienceMonitor the adherence of procedures to ensure development of seafreight operational KPIs including country regulations, shipment and documentation, operational systems and financial result of the operationsMeasure and ensure the highest levels of productivity within the organizationEnsure high level quality of export/import servicesGuide and developing techinical behaviors into the teamClosely cooperate with Customer Service and Operations to gain specialized knowledge and to receive first-hand feedbackSupport to implement new / existing customer targetsMonitor and prepare reports related to internal KPIsMonitor revenue and costs inputs, GP accuracy in a timely mannerMonitor supplier invoice acknowledge and support payments processYour Skills and ExperiencesBachelor Degree in Business Administration (focussed on Foreign Trade), Supply Chain Management or similarMinimum 2-5 years of experience in Sea LogisticsLeadership ExperienceFluent EnglishGood knowledge of the market and Carriers' relationshipProject Management ExperienceProficiency in Spanish is desirable
