The experience you need 3/5 years' experience administrating NetSuite and other back-office sy stems.Experience with Finance and accounting principles, including GL and accou nting.3/5 years' experience in system administration of front office business systems is also de sired.SQL database experience required, familiarity with database extraction tools.Advanced computer skills and proficient knowledge of all Microsoft Office pro grams.Bachelor's degree in a Technology-related d egree.
What you w ill do: Administers complex configuration, integration, and maintenance of NetSuite and other critical business systems (Concur, Tipalti , etc.
).Makes system enhancements and modifications based on evolving business requirements and best practices of pr ocesses.Manages data migrations and other data transformation activities between systems.Ensures that the primary application software(s) for the company are operating at al l times.Designs, documents, builds, tests, deploys, and maintains enhancements to NetSuite, custom objects, validation rules, page layouts, workflows, and reports.
SuiteScript.is pr eferred.NetSuite administrator-level knowledge of roles, permissions, and dashboards, including exceptional custom report and saved search experience applying formula/SQL-driven outputs.Process logic and technical architecture including building and delivery of functional/technical presentations; experience with schema mapping and data migration p rojects.Manages multiple streams of work, actively communicating progress, roadblocks, and next steps, as well as following best practices for testing, development, deployment, and impleme ntation.
