**Key responsibilities (not limited to)**:
- HSE & QA according to procedures and guidelines;
- Manage Oiltools product portfolio according to maintenance manuals and procedures to ensure flawless Service Quality;
- Support delivery process (delivery QCP from quote to payment) including coordination of sales projects, and preparation of invoice documentation;
- Record and maintain operational activities in defined company CRM systems;
- Manage preparation of tools for shipment offshore according to work order and procedures;
- Knowledge of Archer Oiltools products offshore according to procedures and guidelines to ensure flawless service quality during operations;
- Manage job reports and documentation for all tool installation and offshore activities;
- Maintain accurate and updated inventory, shipment and maintenance records of all Archer Oiltools equipment;
- Maintain and update accurate safety and quality related documentation and processes as per Company's Quality Management System and the Authority's standards;
- Attend to client's technical and operational pre and post job meetings when required;
- Assist with equipment load out when required.
**_Education_**
- Engineering Degree.
**_Experience:_**
- Work experience of ten years on offshore rigs;
- Work experience of ten years in the oilfield services industry;
- Experience with Oiltools Drilling Equipment.
**_Skills:_**
- Knowledge of general business computer software; proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook);
- Good mechanical understanding with ability to read and understand tech units and drawings;
- Comprehensive knowledge of oilfield tools;
- Ability to make decisions and adapt to situations while complying with Archer's Oiltools procedures to get the job done and meet customer expectations;
- Ability to communicate well and work with team both internal and external;
- Fluent in Portuguese and English.
