While perfection is not mandatory, we are looking for someone committed to continuous improvement and growth.Reporting to the Senior Paid Media Director, you will be detail oriented, quick to pick up new skills and calm under pressure.Daily management of retail media campaigns, focusing on revenue and profit growth and managing within budget goalsImprove retail media campaigns inclusive of Sponsored Advertising and DSP activations across retail networksAnalyze the performance of campaigns and identifying strategic opportunities, facilitating change to hit and exceed client expectations and KPIsMeasurement expertise on their platforms to identify poor implementations and areas of opportunity to improve campaign resultsWork with internal managers and directors to support client initiatives and drive advertising media spendQualifications1-2+ years experience at an agency or client sideAmazon Ads & Walmart Ads certified (experience)Knowledge of retail media advertising sponsored ads and DSP platformsExperience working with 3rd party bid management platforms such as SKAI or PacvueAccountable and responsiveAnalytical and demonstrated willingness to learnDisplay a consistent level of evident enthusiasmHave high personal standards and promote them in othersA valued team member, who upholds Jellyfish's values at all timesNote: We emphasise skills, expertise and behavioural attributes over years of experience and traditional degrees.
