Primary Function
Oversee and coordinate the Paid Social strategy and best practices across the client diverse markets, in collaboration with the client Paid Social lead. This lead will be in constant collaboration with the client Paid Social COE - Center of Operational Excellence-, and with the clients, agency and media channel optimization teams in several markets.
International Coordination Responsibilities
Conduct regular market maturity assessments for various regions.
Review and apply Paid Social Center of Excellence processes.
Coordinate the global Paid Social strategy in collaboration with the COE client lead, including: defining brilliant basics, golden rules, and other key elements.
Collaborate in the design and implementation of experiments.
Track campaign performance for regular market audits and follow ups with next steps.
Qualifications
Proficient level of English.
Expertise in Excel.
Effective communication skills with clients.
Task management and self organized.
Strong data analytical skills and ROI orientation.
Certification in major market platforms (Meta Ads)
+5 years of experience managing Paid Social projects.
Preferred Assets
Familiarity with analytics tools, project and timeline management.
Knowledge of Paid Social best practices.
Knowledge of financial services industry clients.
Mid level of Spanish
