Job Introduction
DAC Beachcroft is looking to appoint a Paralegal to join our Casualty Injury Team.
This role focuses on employers and public liability claims with a value predominantly up to £100k.
Our National team, whose clients are a mix of leading names in the insurance industry and household name corporates, deals with all aspects of defendant litigation, including catastrophic injury, clinical negligence, motor, casualty, disease, product, professional negligence, and health and safety.

What you will do
Effectively run the file to ensure deadlines are met and cases are managed proactively to conclusion.
Ensure work meets the needs of clients and adheres to quality standards, including SLAs, KPIs, and financial targets.
Devise a clear case strategy and ensure compliance with risk management protocols.
Engage with clients to build rapport and maximize opportunities.
Contribute to business development and maintain technical knowledge.
Who you are
0-2 years' experience in a similar role.
Experience in Multi Track or Fast Track Claims.
EL/PL Experience.
Strong compliance with firm protocols and procedures.
Good legal knowledge relevant to your area of expertise.
Excellent organization skills and ability to prioritize workload.
Strong written and oral communication skills.
Confident negotiator with attention to detail.
Team-oriented with a willingness to support colleagues.
Alignment with the Firm's Cultural Principles (Clear, Creative, Determined, and Supportive).
