Your responsibilitiesThe Performance Marketing Manager is a fulcrum role for Crealytics. You are at the central point of the action between client strategy, tactical execution, and industry knowledge. Broadly, you'll be responsible for campaign optimization, client communication, and industry thought leadership. Some of your responsibilities will include:
Campaign management across biddable media systems, primarily Google and Bing, but also across a global footprint of secondary search engines and social media platforms.Mastery of Crealytics' homegrown technology stack, which helps you work faster and smarter, taking the drudgery out of campaign creation and optimization.Daily ownership of our clients' success, acting as the voice of the customer within our organization and driving our business to achieve customer goals.Your profileThe most important skill will be your ability to set the agenda and clearly communicate campaign strategy. We want people who are passionate about their work and take pride in their ability to drive the business forward. Some specific skills that our candidates need include:
At least 4-5 years in search engine marketing management, with deep knowledge of optimizing campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising.Excellent Excel skills, with the ability to tell stories with data and make your analysis come to life.Ability to thrive on client interaction, leading clients in idea creation and explaining complex subjects with elegance and clarity.Expert communication skills, whether in person, virtually, or across emails/IMs/etc.Critical thinking skills, with a preference for taking ownership of projects, advocating for clients, and confidently leading through collaboration.Ability to work New York hours; we are open to a remote hire, but we are looking for someone who can work east coast hours.What we offerWe know the number one reason people love their jobs is because of the people they work with.
