Professional responsible for solving infrastructure problems, servers and incidents, serving customers.
Also performs deployment of new customers and solves connectivity issues and hardware

Your day to day life as a Full Network Analyst
Implementation of new clients;
Will work on resolving problems related to the Service Desk infrastructure;
Management and resolution of server problems;
Management and performance in incident management respecting the SLA;
Service and feedback to users;
Meet the demands of customers in SP, with travel availability to other states;
Diagnose and solve network connectivity problems (voice and data);
Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware problems.
What are we looking for?
Knowledge of configuration and installation of IP Telephony, Asterisk, FreePBX, Alcatel OXE and OXO Centrals;
Experience using systems: TeamViewer, Anydesk, Ammy, DameWare for remote services;
Category B driving license;
Be available to travel.
