Description: Planning ManagerJob Description: Eosol Group, a leader in the development of renewable energy projects, is looking for a Planning Manager to join our team in charge of the Azulao 950 Project, an ambitious 950 MW 2x2x1 Combined Cycle Power Plant located in Silves, Amazonas.We are looking for a highly qualified professional with at least 5 years of experience in energy project planning, with a special focus on combined cycles and large-scale projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating all activities related to the efficient and effective planning of the project, ensuring that deadlines are met and resources are optimized.ResponsibilitiesDevelopment and supervision of project planning: Develop and maintain the schedule for the Azulao 950 Project, ensuring that all stages of the project are developed as scheduled.Coordination with multidisciplinary teams: Facilitate communication and collaboration between different teams, including engineering, construction, and operations, to ensure that activities are aligned with project goals.Risk analysis and management: Identify, evaluate, and develop strategies to mitigate potential risks that may impact project delivery.Project progress monitoring: Implement tracking tools to assess project progress and make necessary adjustments to planning.Reporting: Generate periodic reports on the status of planning, including milestones achieved and any deviations from original plans.Stakeholder interaction: Act as the main point of contact between Eosol Group and the different stakeholders in the project, ensuring that everyone is informed and aligned with the objectives of the Azulao 950 Project.Regulatory compliance: Ensure that all phases of the project comply with relevant local and international regulations.RequirementsProfessional experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in energy project planning, preferably in combined cycle or power plants.Education: Degree in Engineering in a related field.Technical Knowledge: Mastery of project management tools (such as Primavera, MS Project) and solid understanding of the technical processes involved in energy projects.Communication Skills: Fluent in English, with the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing with technical and non-technical audiences.Results Oriented: Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining high levels of quality in work.Offering: Eosol Group offers a dynamic and collaborative work environment, where we value innovation and sustainability.
