Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced project manager to lead and manage key projects within our organization.
This role involves overseeing all aspects of project delivery, from initial planning and resource management to execution and final closeout.
The Project Manager will coordinate internal teams, liaise with clients, and ensure project milestones and budgets are met, delivering quality results aligned with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning:
• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Develop detailed project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and set clear project expectations.
Execution and Monitoring:
• Lead project teams and assign tasks to ensure project objectives are met.
• Track project progress, timelines, and budgets, adjusting plans as needed.
• Manage project risks, anticipate challenges, and proactively solve issues to avoid project delays.
Stakeholder Engagement:
• Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status.
• Address any client or stakeholder concerns and manage expectations effectively.
• Foster strong relationships with cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment on project goals.
Quality Control and Compliance:
• Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and adhere to compliance requirements.
• Conduct project reviews, gather feedback, and document lessons learned for future projects.
• Mentor and motivate team members to achieve high performance and support their development.
• Promote a collaborative and inclusive project environment, encouraging open communication.
Qualifications:


Education:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, Engineering, or related field (PMP or equivalent certification is a plus).


Experience:

Minimum 6 years of project management experience, ideally within IT Services.


Technical Skills:

Proficient in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Asana); knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).


Communication:

Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to present information clearly and effectively.


Leadership and Problem-Solving:

Demonstrated leadership abilities with experience in conflict resolution and decision-making.
