The Risk Management team in Brazil provides a wide range of advisory safety engineering and risk management services to the energy industry, for CAPEX and OPEX projects, in Brazil and other South American countries.
The
Process Safety Risk Senior Consultant
is expected to liaise with and support several customers and stakeholders in the upstream, midstream, and downstream segments, including regulatory agencies.
The Process Safety Risk Senior Consultant reports to a Team Lead and has responsibility for project management and technical delivery of projects under the guidance of more senior members of the team and has technical leadership of more junior consultants.
The role includes customer interaction to discuss project schedule/delivery, technical issues, and solutions.

Position Qualifications:
Graduated in Engineering (Chemical desirable), for at least 7 years (mandatory).
Safety Engineering Post-Graduation or related (very desirable).
Qualitative risk analysis:
HAZOP, HAZID, BowTie, SIL/LOPA, experience in software related.
Quantitative risk analysis:
PSM, Ship Collision, Dropped Objects, Vulnerability (PHAST), QRA (SAFETI).
Management system (internal audits, training, critical analysis – mainly in MoC, and Safety Critical Elements – ANP resolutions).
Experience in developing/implementing Safety Case (based on IADC, HSE UK, and Brazilian Experience/ANP).
Experience in upstream, downstream, and midstream.
Knowledge related to Brazilian regulations (onshore and offshore) - IBAMA, NORMAM, ANP, and NRs.
Digitalization mindset (focus/interest).
Besides Portuguese, fluent in English.
Spanish (desirable).
Availability to travel, including services on board (offshore units).
