?Responsibilities?
- Establish a Unified Design Framework: Develop a cohesive set of UX and visual guidelines for all KKday mobile and web products, ensuring a seamless user experience.
- Strategic Partnership: Collaborate closely with engineering, product, and brand teams to shape the future of design systems at KKday, aligning design efforts with business goals.
- Innovative Thinking: Embrace a bold mindset to explore diverse concepts while effectively converging ideas to build and refine your vision iteratively.
- High-Quality Prototyping: Create visually stunning mocks and interactive prototypes to effectively communicate your design concepts, utilizing user research and data to inform your decisions.
- Design Advocacy: Champion the importance of design by sharing your work and presenting it across functions, clearly articulating your design rationale and objectives.
?Experience?
- Portfolio of Design Systems: Showcase your design systems, demonstrating how you effectively designed, maintained, and documented them.
- Experience: 5+ years in the UX field, with at least 1+ year dedicated to design systems.
- Design Fundamentals: Strong understanding of color theory, typography, and grid systems, alongside a solid grasp of UX psychology principles like Gestalt, Fitts, and Hick's Laws.
- Documentation Skills: Proficient in creating clear and concise design documentation tailored to various audiences, including designers, developers, and product managers.
- Prototyping Expertise: Advanced knowledge of Figma or similar prototyping tools, enabling you to effectively present your interactive design concepts.
- Communication: Confident in articulating and explaining your ideas to designers, engineers, product managers, and other stakeholders.
- Continuous Improvement: Eager to explore best practices for KKday's design system, consistently enhancing our approaches and refining KKday's design language.
- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Graphic or UX Design, or a related design discipline.

- Strong understanding in coding and components design
- Experience in making global products for various markets and languages
- Hands-on experience with user research and data analysis tools
- Proficient in both Chinese and English
