Job Description
The engineer will have a competency in performing complex data processes and optimization methods to achieve performance, fuel consumption, emissions, and combustion stability targets.
Responsibilities include:
Calibrating work, such as post processing data, generating calibrations and technical reports according to the schedule of activities of the vehicle application project.
Certifying the quality of the measured data for the execution of the Basic Calibration activities.
Reporting the status of development activities to the manager.
Preparing and providing Technical reports of the activities carried out following the project's Quality Gates schedule or whenever requested by the manager.
Building micro activity schedules for the correct development of the calibrations.

Qualifications
Bachelor Science of Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, Mathematics or Statistics.
Fluent English.
General programming knowledge in Matlab / C.
Experience in OBD and emissions.
Thorough understanding of gasoline engine efficiency, performance, and emissions.
HIL and GT power experience.
Outstanding problem solving and analytical skills.
Knowledge of software and equipment for engine calibration, MATLAB, measurement and analysis (Inca- Etas / Horiba).
Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
Experience with Google Suite (Docs, Slides, Sheets).
