**About the Role**
Uber for Business (U4B) enables organizations of all sizes to leverage the power of Uber. We serve businesses across the globe on their transportation, delivery, and logistics needs and are a key strategic vector for Uber at large.
We're looking for a stellar Product Manager to join our Guest Products team to expand our vision: to provide a scaled solution for organizations to offer Uber rides, meal, and grocery delivery for their customers, partners, and staff.
As a Product Manager for U4B, you will be responsible for creating delightful and reliable experiences for businesses and their end customers. You will envision and execute the strategy to expand our platform's capabilities to deliver Uber's magical experiences to everyone, with or without an Uber app or smartphone. You will own the customer life cycle across the Uber ecosystem, including Uber rides, eats, and other verticals, gaining exposure to the end-to-end platform.
- Deeply understand the needs of the industries and their guests across needs for rides, meal and grocery delivery.
- Internalize Uber's strategy and blend it with your customers' needs to craft a compelling vision to scale your product area.
- Launch innovative features for businesses across the world, rethinking user experience, driver interaction, and workflow integration.
- Partner with a team of world-class engineers, designers, data scientists, and user researchers, setting team roadmap and driving execution.
- Collaborate with teams across Uber to adapt and expand their features for business use cases.
- Collaborate with much of the Fortune-500 to support innovative new ways to reward their customers and VIPs on Uber's platform.
**Basic Qualifications**
- Strong customer empathy, and the ability to blend user research with data to create a prioritized product roadmap.
- Proven ability to motivate and rally a cross-functional team of engineers, designers, data scientists, and user researchers.
- Comfort and experience working in a metrics and experimentation-driven organization.
- Passion for Uber's mission and the company's nature of hybrid technology & operations.
**Preferred Qualifications**
- Exceptional written and verbal communications skills.
- Entrepreneurial and not afraid to challenge the status quo with innovative ideas backed by data-driven experimentation.
- Ability to work deeply with engineering to balance short-term with platform stability, and to build APIs that customers will love.
- Track record of growing and scaling a product, working with data science, engineering, performance marketing and support.
- Proven ability to collaborate across teams, understand company strategy, and blend broader company goals with your team's deliverables.
