WHAT YOU'D DO:
Analysis & Insight
- Data extraction, analysis
- Manage projects making sure that key milestones are hit and keeping client up-to-date at all times
- Dig deep into the data - using the enquiry software - to extract incisive and business-oriented analysis.
Client engagement
- Responsible for managing monthly/quarterly deliverables (Reports/ PPTs) of clients and building strong relationship with them
- Understanding client business issues & ensuring expectations are met, managing project deliverables
- Answering clients business questions and providing solutions
- Build meaningful conversations with client which can help in value generation for client and agency.
Responsibilities will also include:
- Regular Interaction and coordination with Field & Operations and other relevant teams to ensure the timelines are met
- Briefing process requirements with to Field & Operations and other relevant teams
- Manage supplier relationships.
WHAT YOU'D BRING:
- Degree in Business Management, Project Management or related field
- Able to draw insights and answer client business questions
- Good data interpretation & analysis
- Good communication skills in both Sinhala & English, Tamil will be an added advantage
- Proficient in excel & PowerPoint
- Experience in relevant field will be an added advantage.
