Purchase Specialist

Team introduction:

Hengtong develops the power market in Brazil.
Our main goal is to develop Brazilian customers,
sell cables, conductors, OPGW and other products imported from China, and also carry out EPC
business.
We have two sales models.
One is that HT CABOS imports Chinese products and then
sells them locally.
It may be selling products or doing EPC projects.
The other is that Hengtong
from China directly sells products to Brazil.
Our team is responsible for handling all these
businesses.
Main responsibilities of the position:
1.Responsible for connecting with the Chinese headquarters, obtaining Chinese quotations and
technical documents, and after communicating with salesmen or customers, feedback the
information to China;
2.Find suppliers, inquire for prices, sign contracts, and follow up on execution according to
project needs;
3.Organize market meetings and record them (weekly, monthly and other necessary meetings);
4.Prepare market management analysis reports;
5.Other project-related work.
Basic requirements for the position:
1.Full-time university graduate;
2.Engineering Major (if not, mathematics or physics);
3.Experience in power transmission and distribution;
4.Priority will be given to candidates with experience in power transmission and distribution
project procurement or project management;
5.Acceptable to work in São Paulo State and POUSO ALEGRE, and acceptable to travel;
6.Can work in Chinese or English; (Portuguese is required)
7.Have a car driving license
