**A Hybrid working model**

**What does **a QA Analyst **do at Hogarth?**
**Key Areas of Responsibility**
- Identify procedures and scenarios for the quality control of products and services.
- Plan, design and implement tests plans.
- Run checks on finished works or under development to ensure quality standards according to client specifications and guideline.
- Ensure that the final product satisfies the product requirements and meet end-user expectations.
- Check quality and functionality of the work, comparing client's needs with our delivery.
- Get the demand through Project Manager and Jira.
- Report bugs, risks and issues.
**Reporting lines and key stakeholders**
This role reports to the QA Coordinator and the QA Lead.
You will work closely with web and apps, campaign and automation teams.
**Requirements**:
**Technical Skills**
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Portuguese.
- Experience in web & app testing.
- Experience with BDD.
- Experience with designing test cases.
