1.Leading all plantation operation in our estates, will work closely with estate manager
2.Ensuring all planting operation carried out within SOP & Work Instruction which delegated to estate managers to achieve management-set targets for the region handled
3.Budget controller, maintaining budgeted direct planting cost while ensuring high plantation yields through effective management and best practices
4.Managing a diverse team with responsibilities to develop and lead the team, preparing succession development, and immersing strong plantation culture and behavior among estate personnel
5.Actively support the land and forest fire control team

Qualification :
1.Bachelor Degree in related field
2.Minimum of 15 years of experience in plantation operation
3.Strong leadership skills with experience in managing and developing teams.
4.Excellent budget management and strategic planning abilities.
5.Ability to communicate and present effectively at all levels.
6.Commitment to the company's values of Team Work, Ownership, People, Integrity, Continuous Improvement and Customer.
7.Proficient in using English both spoken or written
8.Willingness to relocate to Riau, Indonesia and frequently travel between estates
