This position is integral to the company's growth, focusing on streamlining operations, enhancing efficiency, and supporting the land acquisition team. Ideal for a smart, coachable candidate, this role offers strong growth potential into a senior pipeline management position.Key Responsibilities:CRM Management & Data Operations:Manage and maintain CRM systems for data accuracy and completeness (particularly with Follow Up Boss)Process new leads, organize call transcripts, and manage property documentationImplement automated drip campaigns and track contact rates and phone metricsSales Process Optimization:Identify and resolve sales process bottlenecks and generate revenue projection reportsMonitor sales conversion rates, run A/B testing, and optimize communicationsDeal Support:Draft and manage Purchase and Sale Agreements via DocuSignCoordinate with county records and brokers to verify property values and maintain comp mapsManage property documentation and maintain accurate recordsTeam Support & Analytics:Support broker and county communications, assist with weekly call reviews, and generate performance reportsPrepare sales enablement materials and assist with administrative follow-upsQualifications:Strong organizational skills and proficiency in data managementCRM experience (Follow Up Boss preferred)Excellent attention to detail, especially with written documentationProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and basic data analysisAbility to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple deadlinesNice-to-Haves:Experience in real estate transactions or land developmentFamiliarity with DocuSign or similar platformsBackground in sales operations or revenue operationsAutomation tools knowledge and prior data analysis experiencePlease note: To ensure prompt processing of your application, we kindly request that you submit your resume and intro video in English format.
