The role We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our dynamic and growing sales team in our AMER region. The SDR will play a key role in identifying, qualifying, and creating new opportunities for our sales team. Responsibilities: Be the first initial point of contact to qualify and segment our inbound leads and opportunities from Unmanaged Business to Managed Business; Initiate telephone and email contact with potential prospects from different inbound sources; Conduct research on inbound leads through , Google, etc, to identify and qualify potential customers and partners; Manage and prioritise leads to ensure a steady flow of opportunities for the Account Executive team Work closely with Account Executives to transfer qualified opportunities and ensure a seamless handover; Maintain accurate and up to date records of all interactions and activities in the CRM system; Provide insights and feedback to improve the efficiency of the sales process; Clearly articulate our value proposition and offerings to potential customers Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly targets for lead generation, opportunity creation, and revenue growth. Qualifications 1+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales; Understanding of the accounting industry (desirable but not essential) Exceptional verbal and written communications skills; Strong command of English – C1 and above is a must; Excellent electronic correspondence skills, with knowledge of basic business research tools; Ability to work independently with limited direction in a fast-paced environment; Must be a high energy, motivated self-starter; Ability to adapt to changes in roles and responsibilities.
