The Company: My client, an established leader in wire and cable manufacturing, specialise in high-voltage and ultra-high-voltage power solutions.
They are committed to delivering sustainable and energy efficient products, as well as integrated power systems to clients world wide .They are now seeking a Sales Manager to manage key client accounts, drive growth in offshore and interconnector projects, and develop strategies to strengthen market position across the Americas region.
The Role: Identify technology needs and develop strategies to improve market position.
Work closely with internal teams on project alignment and execution.
Drive sales by generating leads Analyse competitors and create regional market strategies.
Develop business and sales plans with cross-functional teams.
Build strong, lasting relationships with customers.
Gather and share market insights using CRM tools.
