We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Country Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts for Aerial Work Platforms (AWP) in Brazil.
This is a unique opportunity to establish and grow our presence in a new market.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive sales strategy, building a high-performing sales team, and driving revenue growth from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities: 1.
Market Analysis and Strategy Development: - Conduct thorough market research to understand the competitive landscape, customer needs, and market opportunities.
- Develop a strategic sales plan targeting key market segments and customers to achieve sales targets and expand market share.

Sales Execution: - Identify and establish relationships with key customers, distributors, and industry partners.
- Drive business development initiatives to generate leads, present product solutions, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and effective delivery of products and services to customers.

Team Building and Leadership: - Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing sales team.
- Provide guidance, coaching, and support to the sales team to achieve individual and team sales goals.
- Foster a collaborative and motivated team culture that encourages continuous improvement and innovation.
4.
Customer Relationship Management: - Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key accounts and stakeholders.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing customer needs and resolving any issues promptly.
5.
Sales Performance Monitoring: - Track sales performance metrics and generate regular reports for senior management.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Adjust sales strategies and tactics as needed to ensure targets are met or exceeded.
Qualifications: - Experience: - Minimum 7-10 years of sales experience in the Aerial Work Platforms (AWP) industry or related construction equipment.
- Proven track record of success in sales management and achieving sales targets.
- Experience in building and leading sales teams.
- Skills: - Fluency in English and Portuguese is mandatory.
- Strong understanding of the AWP industry, including key competitors and market dynamics.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and problem-solving abilities.
- Education: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field.
A Master's degree is a plus.
