Pay is $3,750.
Key Responsibilities: Design and develop distributed serverless applications using AWS Lambda, Cloudflare Workers, and other edge computing platforms.
Build real-time applications with WebSockets and event-driven architectures.
Develop and manage infrastructure using automated deployment tools and Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC).
Monitor and optimize application performance and costs, leveraging serverless observability tools.
Integrate AI/ML capabilities, including working with large language models (e.g., OpenAI, LangChain) and vector databases.
Implement lightweight streaming architectures for real-time data processing.
Collaborate with the team to explore and implement new technologies in cloud architecture.
Key Qualifications: 4+ years of professional software development experience with a proven track record of building production serverless applications.
Proficiency in Python development with experience in AWS Lambda and serverless frameworks.
Knowledge of edge computing platforms such as Cloudflare Workers, Supabase Edge Functions, or AWS Fargate.
Strong understanding of cloud architecture patterns and distributed systems.
Experience with PostgreSQL and SQLite for serverless systems.
Familiarity with additional languages like Node.js, Rust, or Go is a plus.
Must own and be able to use a working computer with high-speed internet.
Possess a positive attitude, a team mentality, and great interpersonal skills with a flexible working style.
Nice to Have: Experience with LLM integration and AI/ML tools like OpenAI or LangChain.
Knowledge of WebAssembly and its applications in edge computing.
Open-source contributions or technical blog posts showcasing expertise.
Experience with multiple cloud providers and high-performance distributed systems.
