Job Description
As a
Senior Finance Manager , you will play a pivotal role in driving financially sound decision-making for the
Enterprise Informatics business .
You'll be part of the Group Financial Department, located in Blumenau, SC, working closely with a dynamic team to provide strategic financial insights and collaborate with other business units and stakeholders.
By providing insightful analysis and strategic guidance, you will help shape business decisions and enable the achievement of key financial and operational objectives.
Your role:
Lead the strategic and operational planning process, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Provide financial expertise and decision support to the Market Management Team, utilizing data and analytics from FP&A resources.
Drive key decisions on sales channels, ROI assessments, market share investments, and financing solutions for large-scale (e.g., turnkey) projects.
Oversee and manage the Business Market Combination (BMC) and performance cockpit, ensuring the delivery of business and financial plans.
Analyze business performance metrics, including sales, pricing, margins, credit management, and operational costs.
Proactively identify, address, and track critical business issues to support operational and financial success.

Your skills include the ability to interpret and explain the financial impact of market developments and translate them into actionable strategies; Excellent analytical skills and the ability to synthesize complex data into clear, actionable insights; strong communication skills to effectively collaborate and influence stakeholders at various levels.
You have a
Bachelor's
in Business Economics, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
Master's degree is preferred.
You're a problem solver by nature and present a track record of driving initiatives to completion.

Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company's facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company's main facilities, generally at the customers' or suppliers' locations.
