**Role responsibilities**:
- Create high-quality characters and character-related 3D assets in a photorealistic or stylized manner for triple A games.
- Adapt to various art directions and different project styles.
- Find creative and original ideas to improve workflows.
- Self-motivation, good communication skills, and a great team-player attitude.
- Organize project tasks and ensure your team keeps to the production schedule.
- QA: make sure that everyone in your team matches the required project quality.
- Communicate with the client's operational team regarding all production phases for your team's assets.
**Requirements**:
- Experience in console games and Unreal Engine.
- Strong knowledge of artistic anatomy and realism.
- Proficiency level in 3D modelling software (Maya, 3DS Max or Blender), advanced knowledge of Zbrush, Marvelous Designer, Substance Painter, Photoshop.
- In-depth knowledge of game-art photorealism, game-rest geometry optimization, hard-surface modeling, PBR texturing.
- Knowledge of cutting-edge technologies and tools.
- Project management skills.
- Strong communication and English-speaking skills.
- Comfortable working with remote teams.
