**Your New Role**
We are looking for a Senior Lifecycle Copywriter with exceptional writing and technical skills to write copy on CRM channels such as mailing strategies and push notifications. The Senior Lifecycle Copywriter's responsibilities include optimizing copy based on the needs of each channel to reach and impact non-subscribers (and turn them into subscribers) and subscribers (and make them engage more with the platform).
To be successful as a Senior Lifecycle Copywriter, you should be prepared to constantly come up with creative copies specifically for each channel, formulate strategies to increase brand awareness, and interest and engage, and respond to the needs of each strategy.
**Your Role Accountabilities**
- Writing excellent, target market-related copy for Lifecycle channels in order to support the vertical strategy.
- Work closely with designers and editors to bring out creativity in each strategy.
- Promoting products and services by corresponding with customers on CRM channels.
- Increasing brand awareness and readership by using relevant advertising techniques.
- Using different writing styles to appeal to different audiences.
- Bringing new ideas to the table and constantly learning about the new channels being implemented.
**Qualifications & Experience**
- Bachelor's degree in communications or related field
- Solid experience in Lifecycle / Digital
- Advanced English skills
- Ability to use Microsoft Office products to create spreadsheets and documents; ability to use department/organization-specific software
- Proven creative expertise
