Senior Operations Management Financial Services

Facing a time of accelerated growth and digital transformation, a prominent company in the Financial Services sector is looking for a new Senior Operations Manager. Focusing on innovating and improving its operational processes to support the advancement of its products and services, the company is going through a period of expansion and internal restructuring, with the aim of increasing efficiency, quality and experience for its customers. As Area Manager, you will be responsible for implementing automation solutions, ensuring the adequate formalization of contracts and documentation, mapping risks and developing procedural intelligence to guarantee controls and the integrity of data and transactions. Main responsibilities: Optimize the proposal pipeline and create new specific processes for each product; Propose and implement restructuring and robotics solutions, including RPA automation, aiming to reduce manual activities; Collaborate with teams to ensure adequate formalization of contracts and documentation related to sales and customers; Manage all of the institution's guarantees, evaluating their performance and liquidity; Identify and mitigate operational risks, ensuring the implementation of effective protocols to manage potential problems; Implement strategic controls to ensure the accuracy and integrity of data and transactions. Requirements: Background in leadership positions in the Operations area in the Financial Services segment; Solid knowledge in process restructuring and implementation of technological solutions; Availability to live in Porto Alegre, RS.
