As a Senior Product Designer, you will be a core member of the product team, while collaborating closely with marketing, tech, and other key stakeholders. Your role will involve contributing to both the design and development of our products. This unique position requires a blend of design skills, a deep understanding of UX/UI and great communication skills with the ability to foster a collaborative and innovative product environment. You will work with all parties in ensuring the creation of a seamless user experience for our web and app and platform, while maintaining a consistent and premium customer experience across all product touchpoints. You will become an integral part in the development of a dynamic product design team, tasked with evolving our product experience through a wide range of initiatives — from conceptualization to detailed prototyping and also drive the revision and expansion of our design system.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Own the user experience across web and mobile app, ensuring every interaction is designed to meet our user needs and solve real problems. Focus on user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing to craft intuitive user flows and experiences.
- Help in crafting and conducting user research initiatives, such as interviews, surveys, and usability tests, to gain a deep understanding of user behaviors, pain points, and needs. Use insights to inform design decisions and ensure data-driven solutions.
- Work together with our PMs to structure information, navigation, and flows in a way that simplifies complex processes for users.
- Collaborate with product teams, business stakeholders, and developers to align design strategies with business goals.
- Take the initiative to evaluate existing products and propose UX/UI improvements to enhance usability and overall user satisfaction.
- Facilitate an open, collaborative space which takes good feedback and encourages strong partnerships with product managers and other stakeholders.
- Drive a cohesive visual design language which aligns with the KTO brand guidelines, across web and apps
- Collaborate with other UX/UI designers, providing feedback, support them setting high standards for design excellence and encouraging a productive and positive work environment.
**Qualifications**:
- A background in creating sportsbook and casino products is considered a plus.
- Deep understanding of UX methodologies, including user research, persona development, wireframing, prototyping, usability testing, and information architecture.
- Advanced proficiency in Figma, with experience in creating user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes.
- Experience in conducting user research, analyzing findings, and translating them into actionable design solutions is considered a plus.
- Ability to maintain a cohesive visual and UX design language that aligns with brand guidelines while also ensuring a functional, user-friendly experience across all products.
