**ROLE DESCRIPTION**:
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Work on leading customer facing project implementations with focus on SAP S4HANA MM (Materials Management) and/or SAP EWM (Extended Warehouse Management) solution portfolio.
- Conduct customer workshops to understand business process requirements.
- Advise customer on industry best practices in the area of expertise.
- Configure the requirements in respective solutions.
- Prepare functional specifications and support development teams.
- Conduct testing, training and support for master data migration.
**EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS**:
- Provide remote/onsite SAP consulting services to key SAP customers on innovation products, mainly SAP S4HANA MM (Materials Management) and/or SAP EWM (Extended Warehouse Management).
- Be actively involved in the preparation, design, realization and Go Live of customer implementation projects.
- Demonstrate the ability to plan, run, and manage workshops/meetings with internal and external clients.
- Providing a creative source of ideas/solutions to address customer issues.
- Execution of innovation portfolio serving as primary contact from Customer Success service areas to deploy and implement solutions.
- Proceed with IMG configuration, design/execute implementation packages (e.g. RDS´s, Best practices implementation guides).
- Be able to evaluate affected processes and scenarios. Ensure proper validation of solution implemented by grating minimum test case scenarios execution.
- Get involved with customer scenarios, be able to understand business needs and discuss best approaches to help them.
**EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES**
- Knowledge on MM standard and localized scenarios (e.g.: Subcontracting, Third Party Purchasing) as well as SD/MM scenarios (Transference between plants);
- Knowledge on Brazilian localization, main taxes concepts and Brazilian needs for NFe and reporting;
- Knowledge on tax procedure TAXBRA, tax codes setup and main configuration for MM processes. Prior experience on RVXBRA/TAXBRJ migration to RVABRA/TAXBRA;
- Knowledge on NF-e incoming standard solution and SAP NFE Incoming Automation framework;
- Experience developing/deployment as MM / EWM resource on projects and strong analytical and problem solving skills; Ability and good will to pick up knowledge in new areas;
- ** Desired but not mandatory**:
- Knowledge on ABAP programming (debugging);
- Knowledge on SAP Signavio;
- Background on SAP Solution Manager Topics (functionalities & tools).
**Education**
Bachelor in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or similar
