This role requires a proactive problem-solver who can work independently and collaboratively, as well as someone open to traveling internationally and working across cultures.What does the job involveAssisting in the deployment, installation, and commissioning of DAC machines at our Kenya site.Operating and monitoring machines to ensure they run efficiently and achieve performance targets.Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues to minimize downtime and increase machine reliability.Collaborating with the Belgium team, sharing operational feedback to inform design improvements.Conducting maintenance and repairs on equipment as required.Documenting procedures for maintenance and troubleshooting, contributing to the development of operational protocols.Proactively identifying opportunities to optimize performance and improve efficiency.Supporting training and knowledge sharing with other team members.QualificationsExperience in the renewable energy, environmental technology, or process industries.Familiarity with DAC technology or similar carbon capture methods.Experience with remote or field-based industrial operations.Understanding of local regulations and practices in Kenya.Proficiency in data analysis and reporting for operational metrics.BenefitsCompetitive Salary
