What you will do The PMO Lead is responsible for leading finance & portfolio operations for Kenvue Technology Services, including leading portfolio management and reporting processes, lead ongoing operational measurement, report end-to-end financials across our regional area and own the operational costs management.
Communication with several levels of IT & Finance leaderships is expected and ownership of overall financial processes into the regional technology services.
Key Responsibilities • Manage and oversee TS LATAM portfolio by being accountable for connecting with project leaders, consolidating project metrics, raising risks & issues to report a portfolio view to regional leadership.
• Engage and collaborate with Global TS finance teams to leverage and deploy global finance process in LATAM region, being the single point of contact for all finance matters.
• Collaborate with other portfolio managers and technology partners to develop collect and report investment strategies, aligned priorities and expected business outcomes.
• Develop and maintain portfolio and financial management tools, systems and dashboards (e.g., PowerBI) to enable effective decision-making and reporting.
• Develop analytics and insights to help monitor and evaluate Technology Services capabilities and investments against our financial health and spend competitiveness.
• Provide regular reports and updates on portfolio performance and OKR progress to senior management and stakeholders.
• Identify and mitigate potential risks in the portfolio and recommend appropriate risk management strategies.
• Stay up to date on industry developments and regulatory changes that may impact the portfolio.
• Provide support/training to budget owners to ensure compliance and adherence to standardized financial operations processes and tools.
• Provide thought leadership on process improvement initiatives and drive change management efforts to optimize technology services financial and project management processes.
• Ensure compliance with financial procedures and industry best practices in portfolio management and regional financial area.
What we are looking for Required Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in business, technology, finance, or related field • Minimum of 3 years of experience in portfolio management or a related field.
• Strong experience with finance processes and routines are key.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
• Experience working in PowerBI and with developing reports & dashboards • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders and at different levels of the organization.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of industry best practices and familiarity with financial procedures • Ability to lead, collaborate, challenge, and influence peers • Experience in a large global organization is preferred.
• Fluent in English, Portuguese and preferably Intermediate in Spanish Fluent in Spanish is a plus.
Desired Qualifications • Experience with portfolio management software and tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis • Experience with Agile methodologies and IT demand prioritization.
