Hand-on experience in Managing and maintaining data accuracy.
Hand-on experience in Administration of ServiceNow CMDB application.
Hand-on experience in Updating/Creating and managing data in ServiceNow systems.
Hand-on experience in Configuring reports and dashboards for CMDB, creating scheduled tasks to report on data integrity and correctness
