We are looking for a creative and dynamic Social Media Strategist to help us elevate brand presence across platforms and create meaningful connections with diverse audiences.What You'll Do: Develop and execute social media strategies that align with brand goals and drive engagement.Strategize, propose, and assign content that resonates with our audience across channels like Instagram, Facebook, etc.Monitor trends, measure performance, and adapt strategies to boost reach and impact.Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design and marketing to ensure consistent messaging.Analyze performance metrics and provide insights and recommendations for improvement.What We're Looking For: Proven experience as a Social Media Strategist or similar role.Fully proficient in Portuguese, Spanish, and English is a must for this role.Expertise in social media platforms and tools such as Ads, Instagram, etc.Proactivity, dynamism, and strong communication skills.A passion for creativity, innovation, and staying ahead of social trends.Ability to analyze data, interpret metrics, and adjust strategy based on performance.Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality, results-driven work.An interest in finance is a plus for this role.We offer a competitive salary, flexible working hours, and the opportunity to work with an international, dynamic, and growing team.
