**Position Overview**:
As a Social Media Analyst at Meisters Solutions, you will play a vital role in managing the organic social media presence of multiple clients in Brazil and Spain. Proficiency in write in Spanish and advanced English language skills are essential for effective communication and engagement, as we operate in an international environment. Your responsibilities will include content creation, community management, engagement with followers and other accounts, and designing compelling posts for various social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok and LinkedIn.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Content Creation: Develop engaging and relevant content for social media platforms, including written posts, visual assets, videos, and other multimedia formats.
- Community Management: Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries on social media platforms in a timely and professional manner, fostering positive interactions with followers and enhancing brand reputation.
- Engagement Strategy: Proactively engage with followers, industry influencers, and relevant accounts to build relationships, increase brand awareness, and drive engagement metrics.
- Design and Creativity: Utilize graphic design tools and creative thinking to design eye-catching posts, stories, and advertisements that align with client branding guidelines and marketing objectives.
- Platform Management: Manage and optimize social media profiles and pages for clients, ensuring consistent branding, messaging, and visibility across all platforms.
- Analytics and Reporting: Monitor key social media metrics, track performance trends, and generate regular reports to evaluate the effectiveness of social media campaigns and inform strategic decision-making.
- Stay Updated: Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and platform updates to continuously improve social media strategies and tactics.
**Qualifications | Technical skills | Hard Skills**:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in social media management, preferably in an agency or digital marketing environment.
- Proficiency in written Spanish
- Advanced English.
- Strong writing and communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling content for diverse audiences.
- Proficient in social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
- Experience with social media management tools and analytics platforms
- Creative mindset with a passion for content creation and design.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative team player.
- (PLUS) Video Marketing: Experience in video marketing, including video production, editing, and optimization for platforms like YouTube, Reels or TikTok.
