Solutions Engineer

Responsibilities:Participate in pre-sales stages and in the integration process.Ensure the business value of the integration for Zubale and the customer.Manage internal and external stakeholders.Design systems integrations with Corporate and SMB customers.Execute integration projects from assessment to production implementation.Project management to track progress and unlock blockers and opportunities.Deliver the outputs of the project to internal and external stakeholders.Skills and Experience Required:More than 1 year of experience working with software integrations (managing).Development background with at least 1 year of development work.Pre-sales experience is desirable but not mandatory.Advanced level of Portuguese and English.Ability to gather customer requirements and translate them to technical teams.Strong technical documentation skills, including Architecture, Flow, and UML diagrams.Proactive and eager to create rather than wait for something to happen.Ability to deal with conflict and resolve it appropriately.Confident and reliable with an entrepreneurial mentality – positive attitude with hustle, persistence, and strong work ethic.Team player attitude with autonomy and outcome-oriented culture.
