The ideal candidate is passionate about the candidate and recruiter experience journey, highly motivated, intellectually curious, analytical, and possesses an entrepreneurial mindset.RoleIn this position, you will:Manage and maintain our Talent Acquisition Knowledge CenterConduct Training for new processes and New Hire Onboarding for TACreate and maintain Process Documentation for both TA and S&O including trackers, policies, and process workflowInternal TA communication supportManage User access for a number of TA platforms, such as LinkedIn etc.Vendor Management SupportTroubleshooting Workday Recruiting processes and escalationsAgile Project support as neededStorytelling and deck creationAll About YouThe ideal candidate for this position should:Look at everything from the eyes of the candidate and user experienceHave clear attention to detailPowerPoint, Excel, and SharePoint proficiencyEntrepreneurial mindset, proactive approach to workLook for complementary and innovative ways to improve ways of working, communication, or process documentationExcellent communication skillsBe skilled at explaining technical problems succinctly and clearlyBe a strong, confident, and exacting writer and speaker, able to communicate your vision and roadmap effectively to a wide variety of stakeholdersAlways look for potential solutions to solve problemsCorporate Security ResponsibilityEvery person working for, or on behalf of, Mastercard is responsible for information security.
